According to media reports, Paraguayan Congressman Carlos Rezala announced that he would work with Senator Fernando Silva Passetti to introduce a bill to regulate Bitcoin in Paraguay on July 14. In previous news, Paraguayan Congressman Carlitos Rejala retweeted a Cointelegraph article about Paraguay's plans to discuss a bill to make Bitcoin legal tender. In an interview with Reuters, Kalitos Rezala said the invoice he sends must be made in accordance with Bitcoin regulations, not to legitimize it.
