WTO Secretary-General: Blockchain technology can be particularly useful for women

On July 9 at 10:00 p.m. KST, Ethereum developer TimBeiko hosted the Ethereum Core Developer Conference. The conference discussed the implications of the London Hard Fork, Testnet Stress Test, London Times and the Hard Bombs. If nothing happens, the mainnet will be shipped up to Ethereum block 12,965,000 (until 7:27 a.m. on August 5 in Beijing). The London modification doubles the block size of the network, which is happening in forked blocks. Then the miner needs to adjust the target fuel limit.
