Ripple's attorneys have requested reinstatement of testimony from former SEC chief financial officer Hinman.

Today, the attorney representing Ripple and its CEO Brad Garlinghouse and co-founder Chris Larsen have warned magistrate Sarah Netburn that the testimony of former SEC CFO William Hinman will be reissued on July 19. The witness panel must send: A written notice to the other party at the hearing indicating the place and time of the testimony. However, Hinman's testimony is still pending, as the SEC waited until last month to withdraw Ripple's motion. If Justice Netburn accepts the motion, his testimony is inaccurate.
