Add the Gitcoin donation record and the POAP brand to the Web3 tab of the MaskNetwork product

On January 10, the Web3 tab of the Mask Network product portfolio of the Web 3.0 project added "free" and "on foot" features supported by RSS3-based data distribution. This means that the history of users donating money to other Gitcoin functions and the POAPs they hold can be published on native Twitter pages. In the past, "Web3" pages supported images of user files such as NFTs and DAOs.
