GSBN Launches Blockchain Platform To Track One-Third Of Boxes In The World

Golden Financial announced that the Global Shipping Business Network (GSBN) has launched a new blockchain platform that can track a third of the global packaging industry. GSBN was established in October 2020 by the world's top 8 national freight forwarding companies to develop for the first time a blockchain platform that digitizes transportation processes, including certificate of advertising, customs clearance, and logistics information. Members of the Hong Kong-based nonprofit GSBN consortium "carry 1 in 3 complete packages around the world" and will see it on the blockchain as soon as the platform is fully operational. GSBN announced on September 8 that it will announce a new blockchain platform in partnership with Oracle, Microsoft Azure, Antchain and Alibaba Cloud. (Co-manager)
