When I attended the Ethereum Developer Conference in Beijing in early 2019, I thought I would create a DAO.The main reason I was thinking about DAO at the time was that I wasn't happy with the DeFi apps that were popping up at the time.At the time, I thought DeFi was crossing the Earth in the middle because it had to rely on oracles, and it could affect the future very rarely, so I think DAOs were only being driven off the chain . Behavior can be better. ~

However, over time, DAOs have faced two major problems.One is that there are no special requests and the other is that there are not many jobs.So I'm a bit more optimistic about the future development of DAO than DeFi, but I'm not sure about the special development and performance. ~

The idea is not captured, but it does not affect the investment. At this age,There are only two famous DAO positions. One is Aragon and the other is DAOStack.Other objects are not very clear. So I also invested in these two projects. ~

But what happened next exceeded my expectations.A year later, in 2020, DeFi will come first, then NFT in 2021, and I think the development of DAO is very good. Everyone thinks because almost all DeFi projects, all NFT projects are all called DAO. There is an argument that improving the DAO will be the next challenge and it needs to be warmed up. ~

However, in reality, these DAOs are not necessary, they are only supplies, and although the project uses them to vote for the construction of the project, the vote is therefore not restricted and only restricted to the holders of the character of the project. While there is no problem with this approach, I have always felt that this approach does not indicate major DAO integration. ~

I haven't seen a project that uses the power of reflection on DAO. ~

And the models from Aragon and DAOStack, which I invested in, are also average and don't seem to have much to offer in today's beef market. ~

It was when I joined the DAO that I found the DAO to be very good. ~

I've already written about my experience working on this project in a previous post, so I won't repeat it here. Here I want to repeat that when I first saw this project, I waited a long time. For an ideal and a purpose, foreign groups around the world have no connection or trust, regardless of country, race or gender, all involved in the acquisition of important documents in the history of legal development. Wouldn't that show the solidity of the foundations and the essence of DAO? ~

So I make a donation without hesitation. When I make a donation, I don't think about the income. So I was surprised to see the prices for GENS go up. ~

We have seen many popular projects using DAOs, such as the SOS run by the ConstitutionDAO. ~

The DAO boom unfolded in front of us like this. ~

Looking back on this period of history and past experience, I again think the advancements in this area are incredible. Even in the field of which I am proud, it can be said that the direction of its development and its form of presentation cannot be imagined in advance. . ~

Looking forward to 2022, DAO believes it will continue to be a big hit and have a very successful career. But are some books still as free and dropped as they have been in the past? This may or may not be true. However, I think the document can still support many roots and can start, support and work below. ~

Projects run DAO-style have a smaller width than the audience, the more participants and the more story sets you can create, the more successful they will be and the more likely they are to break. ~

This will also be the goal and the difficulty of observation and reflection when looking for new jobs in the future. ~

Of course, when exploring new jobs, I also want to mention similar concepts. In other words, don't look for anything new with deep stereotypes. If you think it's bad, ignore it and don't join, if we put a "selling pyramids" and "scams" hat in our head without thinking, we will throw away the invisible face of ourselves. --------- This theory is bound to not make a lot of money in this area.
