Web3 App Web3Auth Receives $13M in Series A Funding
According to a January 12 press release, Web3 application Web3Auth (formerly Torus) received $13 million in Series A funding. The funds are Sequoia Capital India, Union Square Ventures, Multicoin Capital, FTX, Bitcoin.com, DARMA Capital, Chainstry, Hashed, KOSMOS Capital, Kyros Ventures, LD Capital, Minted Labs, P2P Capital, Phoenix VC, Staking Facility, YBB Capital, Moon Whale Ventures, Decentral Lab and other affiliates, and the funds will be used to facilitate cryptocurrency integration and authentication. Web3Auth has been reported to drive Web3 adoption through easy and secure non-regulatory monitoring of apps and wallets, and is now protected by wallets and apps such as Binance Extension Wallet, Ubisoft, Kukai, Skyweaver, etc Users and 8 million keys.
