President of El Salvador, 6 Bitcoin prediction
The President of El Salvador has made an estimate for Bitcoin in 2022. They expect the other two countries to launch Bitcoin as fiat this year. Meanwhile, the country's Bitcoin capital will begin to form in the coming years and the country's volcanic bonds will be oversubscribed.
Forecast for Bitcoin in 2022
El Salvador President Nayves Bukele tweeted about Bitcoin's 2022 forecast in a January 1 tweet. El Salvador chose Bitcoin as the national fiat currency against the US dollar in September.
First, President Buckler expects Bitcoin to hit $ 100,000 this year. Second, he believes there will be two more countries that accept Bitcoin as a viable option.
Together, El Salvador bought around 1,391 BTC from the fiduciary plan.
Buchler isn't the only one predicting that more countries will use Bitcoin as fiat by 2022. Alex Hoeptner, CEO of the cryptocurrency exchange Bitmex, predicted in October 2021 that at least five countries will target Bitcoin as a advantage this year. He stressed that these countries are developed countries.
The Salvadoran president also hopes that construction of Bitcoin City will begin this year. Last November, it was announced that the volcano will provide Bitcoin contracts for the financial development of the world's first Bitcoin city. He also said that there would be no tax other than VAT in Bitcoin City. It was also speculated that a Bitcoin deal led by Volcano could be announced.
The International Monetary Fund (IMF) warned the day before El Salvador chose Bitcoin as fiat, highlighting its potential involvement with Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies. Bank of England Governor Andrew Bailey has also raised concerns about Bitcoin's formation as a fiat currency.
Buchler also predicted that the Miami Bitcoin 2022 conference would come as a surprise and that Bitcoin would be a key topic in this US election.
