SEC Superintendent: US Doesn't Need New Crypto Regulators
The chief executive of the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Hester Pierce, said on Thursday that the creation of a regulator to oversee cryptocurrencies was not a panacea for the governance problems of the Marlet.

Pierce said: “I hope you are still determined to try to develop a clear management style rather than relying on management all the time,” said Pierce.
Peirce also said that given the breadth of the domain of NFTs, some would fall into the hands of the SEC, so people should be wondering where NFTs might come into climate control. Peirce sees NFTs as areas where people need to be careful. Since NFTs are a treasure, we will see more and more fragmentation of NFTs in 2022.
