The major cryptocurrencies ETHer (ETH) and Dogecoin (DOGE) are both included in Google's list of the world's largest search engines by 2021.

On Tuesday, Google announced its annual list of the best search engines, breaking down top searches into categories including search, news, characters, games, movies, and more.

According to Google Trends' "Google Search Term of the Year 2021", Dogecoin is the 4th most popular news search engine on Google Earth and US web pages in 2021. News related to "Price of the Year" category 'ether'.

With topics like Afghanistan, AMC products, COVID-19 vaccines, GME products, and US rescue checks, cryptocurrencies have become Google's annual ad. No cryptocurrency has gone this crazy in 2020.

It should be noted that Bitcoin (BTC), the most important cryptocurrency in the world and Google Trends in the United States, does not appear in the category "Google Search of the year 2021".

Announced in 2013, Dogecoin has become one of the best performing cryptocurrencies by 2021. Earlier this year, it entered the top 10 in terms of market capitalization. DOGE prices have increased this year thanks to the support of Tesla CEO Elon Musk, who began supporting DOGE on Twitter in 2020.

According to data from CoinGecko, at the time of writing, DOGE is up almost 5.100% in the last 365 days, while ETH is up 632%. In comparison, BTC has increased 160% over the past year.
