Massive Instagram advertising decides whether to integrate NFT or focus on the meta world
As more businesses talk about NFTs, Instagram could be the new business to embrace NFTs. If Instagram's NFT integration was successful, there could be over a million NFT users.
The crypto community has been raving about it ever since Instagram CEO Adam Mosseri hinted that the company could adopt future NFTs.
During her interactions with users of the platform, Mosseri noted that Instagram is a feature related to the NFT of “participatory research”.
"We have nothing to report, but we will actively explore NFTs and make NFTs accessible to more users."
“I think it's a happy place,” Mosseri said in his IG. "I hope we can play together and help the developers."
This is not the first time that a social media mogul has been linked with NFT. In June of this year, Italian developer Allesandro Paluzzi tweeted that Instagram was working on a "collection." He then shared screenshots of this feature and showed that it can be linked to digital wallets like MetaMask.
Paluzzi's content has led many to believe that Instagram intends to use NFT as part of the services it provides to its users.
Expert Sean Williams announced in May this year that Instagram has reached out to graphic designers from the NFT ecosystem to help them design their NFT platform.
NFT has become a golden word for 2021, despite being named Word of the Year in the "Collins Dictionary".
The NFT market reached over $ 2.5 billion in the first half of 2021 and saw no signs of slowing down. However, in 2018 there is a $ 41 million NFT market worth, and this leap has opened his eyes.
Recently, Radioshack, a popular electronics retailer, announced its entry into the NFT and DeFi arena. Big names like CNN, Times, Adidas and McDonald's have also entered the NFT industry.
Instagram parent company Meta made the announcement in October, making it popular with the meta world.
NFT has been shown to play an important role in the meta-world, which is probably why Instagram refuses to enter the meta-world.
