Many EOS POs also provide infrastructure for non-EOSIO public works, so the impact of limited support for regulatory development is crucial.

Inquiries about the above issue peaked in November when Block.one announced that it had sold 45 million EOS tokens to Brock Pierce for Helios VC broadcast.

Supporting the home ecosystem itself is not a problem, but the problem is that out of 45 million tokens sold, only 8 million tokens have been released, join Block.one, and the remaining 37 million tokens over the course of the next 7 years. published

The current policy of the EOS network is that the release token and the decision to join must be made by the network. Block.one sells assets that are not theirs without identifying the members.

The community chose EOS Network Foundation as their representative, and on November 7, Brendan Bloomer and Brock Pearce, CEO of Block One, began discussing our approach, and a face-to-face meeting of the sale was held. November 10. with the regulatory authority, follow up on discussions in a timely manner and provide advice and guidance to the EOS Network Foundation. Over the next four weeks, the conversation completely changed.

Block One Needs Key Transformation A $ 4.1 billion block (now worth more than $ 10 billion) was raised early on the EOS network in external capital from EOS. The ecosystem has undergone regular maintenance and improvements, but each time it has been quickly rejected by Block.one.

The final resolution was requested on November 24.

Block.one provides 45 million EOS for Helios, 30 million EOS for the EOS Network Foundation, 1 million EOS for the ecological financial platform EOS Pomelo and 1 million EOS for the management of EdenOS.

Block.one should return EOS related IP addresses to the community, including community accounts, eos.io domain names, etc.

The deadline is December 8.

This deal is just a small change from what the two sides gave up when they parted ways on November 10. In the process, Block.one said that it does not own EOSIO IP because EOSIO IP has been changed to Bullish. However, EOS Ecology believes that EOSIO IP is not Block.one, Block.one does not have the power to modify EOSIO IP, and EOS Ecology is not aware of this change.

In the end, the parties reached some consensus and set new requirements. While acknowledging that Block.one did not keep its promise, Block.one announced to the public that it is working with the EOS ecosystem to get the EOSIO IP.

This is our vision and the EOS network has become a way to recover from a long fragmentation of trust in the EOS ecosystem.

Since then, the EOS Network Foundation has compiled and compiled a list of content (documents required), but Block.one did not respond on time.

Most of the top 30 trading partners met on the evening of November 30 and agreed that Block.one's response time was cut on December 7 at 10:59 p.m. UTC and February 8 at 6:59 a.m. Beijing time. ). The EOS Network Foundation has publicly announced that business partners will sign the applications daily before the deadline. This will give EOS tokens plenty of time to consider whether they would agree not to assign tokens to Block.one, allowing BPs to select the polls that best suit their ecological needs.

On December 5, Block One released the token mentioned in the contract. However, the announcement has yet to make any announcements regarding EOS IP content.

As of December 7, more than 20 main financial partners voted for several signatories and announced their position on the channel. Finally, Block.one did not respond on time and several signings were executed on December 8 at 4:55 a.m. UTC (12:55 p.m. Beijing time).

This is the key to governance in the EOS ecosystem. The delay in releasing the token for Block.one is a decision made by the EOS ecosystem, which not only meets the needs of the EOS ecosystem, but also indicates the severity and implications of BP for Block.one. It is the spirit and power of blockchain that prompts communities to stand up against participation that does not follow the culture of the community.

This does not mean that Block.one is exempt from liability. Indeed, we still have around 32 million EOS and $ 4.1 billion raised during the token sale period (2017-2018). Block.one is required to keep its promise during and after the token sale. Further, the view that EOSIO IP participates in a private entity for benefits and not for the EOS community is incompatible with the consensus of the EOS network.

Every decision we make has been well supported by business partners, brand owners and environmentalists.

The purpose of the blockchain approval mechanism is to connect token holders with the ability to create blocks. Ideally, all decisions made by network members should be based on the consensus of the participants.

Now the EOS network uses the standard voting token, we decided to follow the policy of the EOS network, if you believe in the management token, the end result will be worth it for you to follow this procedure. All EOS participants accept and adhere to these guidelines, which leads to respect and support for the authenticity of the results.

That doesn't mean we can't work hard to create better processes. In fact, the first investment of the EOS Network Foundation was to improve EdenOnEOS in search of better solutions. We will continue to do so so that the joint venture agreement can improve the awareness of all network participants.

In November, the EOS Token held a community meeting to express its skepticism of Block.one and expand the branch in hopes of reaching a deal that could end EOS, distribute, and open new chapters. The community gave Block.one a chance to make it happen. Thus, we can move towards the same goal with respect and unity. This is a requirement of the EOS network.
